Payment for ordered frames in Kyiv is made upon delivery and only in hryvnia (the courier will easily come with you to the exchange office so that you can exchange the currency for hryvnia). You always pay only for the glasses, delivery is free
Payment for orders in Ukraine occurs at the office of the courier service (Nova Poshta), where you can unpack the parcel, try on the frames and even refuse them if you suddenly decide that you made the wrong choice. We pay for delivery and the commission for sending money, you pay only for the glasses
Important: in order to try on several models of glasses at once, Nova Poshta employees may ask you to leave a deposit for the time of trying on (equal to the cost of all the glasses). If none of the glasses fit, the deposit is returned in full
If you install lenses with us, you first pay for the frame, and after installing the lenses, upon receipt of the finished glasses, you pay for the cost of the lenses
If there is a need or it is simply more convenient for you to prepay for the order by card - pay online (Visa, Mastercard) through the secure payment acceptance system Wayforpay
In extremely rare warranty cases and the need to replace the product or return the money - we cover all costs
Other countries
Subject to full prepayment, we will send any glasses to any country in the world for free (if you need to install lenses, you will also need to pay in full for the lenses). We ship by regular mail (with a tracking code, of course), most often the delivery time is from 14 to 30 days
